A multimeter is an electrical measuring device used to measure three types of electrical quantities, namely electric current, voltage, and electrical resistance. In the Digital type, in addition to being able to measure Voltage, Resistance, and Electric Current, this measuring instrument is also capable of measuring Hfe transistors that exist in certain types.
