Contactor schneider or often also known as schneider contactor relay can be found on the control panel of electricity. In the electrical panel the teco contactor is often used as a selector or transfer switch and an interlock on an ATS system. Here is a contactor form that we can meet.

The Working Principle of Contactor

The working principle of the Contactor is the same as the relay, in contactor there are several electromagnetic controlled switches. In a contactor there are several switches of type NO (Normaly Open) and NC (Normaly Close) and an electromagnetic coil or coil to control the switch. If the contactor electromagnetic coil is supplied with an AC power source then the switch on the contactor will be connected, or change the condition, which initially FF becomes ON and vice versa that initially ON becomes OFF. To understand the working principle of contactor can be seen from the schematic of the following contactor scheme.
